The act of inhaling and exhaling allows our body to “extract” from the air what it needs to stay alive (oxygen).

In the same way, the VFI allows our soul to extract from the things accumulated in our mental warehouse what it needs to build and follow its path (the True).

It is not healthy for the body to breathe polluted air, just as it is not healthy for the soul to mix True and False and feed on this mixture.
